An older client, reaching retirement age, wished to have a prenuptial agreement drafted. She and her fiancée were both nearing retirement, had previously been divorced and had their own children. The parties had also significant assets on their own names and one party expected to inherit a significant amount of money. Client wished to have an amicable agreement drafted and negotiated in a very short time frame in order to protect both of their assets in the unlikely event of a divorce. Erin was able to successfully drafted a Prenuptial Agreement and negotiate with the fiancée’s counsel so as to preserve her client’s assets without causing any stress or animosity between the parties before the Big Day!
